SHADOW-GLIDE PATIO BLINDS
Prices and terms effective January 1, 2007 SPECIFICATIONS: Custom Shadow-Glide patio blinds by The Patio Place feature
the unique, patented "clutch system." Raising outdoor shade products to a new level of excellence, Shadow-Glides roll
at the top on a heavy-duty aluminum tube. The look is clean and uncluttered by unsightly ropes, cords and pulleys.
Fabricated with a rugged, vinyl-coated polyester, exterior material, this durable textile is mildew and fade resistant and may be
cleaned with mild soap and water. The sturdy, attractive bottom rail (or hem bar) is enhanced by a baked-on, white, enamel finish.
UV Blockage: 95% +/- shade factor, (the darker the fabric, the greater the shade factor.)
DIMENSIONS AND SEAMS: If at least one dimension is equal to or less than these sizes, the blind can be constructed without a seam. All seams
must be sewn horizontally. Seams will be placed as close to the top as possible unless otherwise specified.
96" - Desert Tan, White, Dark Brown, Gray, and Light Tan
60" - Bittersweet, Vanilla and Beige
** Please Note: Occasionally, the fabric manufacturer may slightly vary the weave of the fabric or "slubs" or lines may appear. This is normal and
in no way affects the blind's performance. We cannot guarantee exact fabric match on blinds ordered separately.
MEASURING: The blind's width is measured from outside-of-left-bracket to outside-of-right-bracket. Outside Mount - Add a minimum of 1 ½" per side to allow for fabric
overlap of opening. Inside Mount - Measure exact opening size and factory will make necessary deductions. If no allowances are to be taken, please
specify at time of order. Assuming the brackets fit snugly to the sides of the opening, the edge of the fabric will be
approximately 3/4" from each side.
VALANCES: Optional 8" (drop) valance is made from matching fabric mounted to 3" X 3/4" hardwood board. Fabric drapes over the side of board,
and is finished on the bottom edge of the fabric with white rail that matches the blind's bottom rail (or hem bar).
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS: Due to the custom manufacturing of our product, orders may not be canceled after the materials have been cut.
Returns are invited for adjustments or replacement if the product is incorrect or faulty. All returns must be pre-approved
before returning merchandise. If NOT pre-approved, package will be returned to sender.
Warranty: Three Year limited warranty on mechanism and fabric. To extend the life of your shade, fabric should be cleaned every 3-4 months by wiping with
a soft cloth and mild, soapy water. Avoid spraying water on the clutch mechanism. |
